Reveling is your one-stop shop for immersive travel experiences in South Africa and beyond. We offer standard tours with pre-determined itineraries or customised journeys where you call the shots. Please note we specialise in private travel experiences; we don’t offer any public tours.

What is included in the tour packages?

Our private travel experiences range from day trips to multi-day adventures and include ideation, planning, transport, guides, and accommodation. Our individual tour pages outline precisely what’s included and excluded in every tour. Rest assured, we’ll plan every tiny detail to ensure a seamless adventure from start to finish.

What is the starting cost for booking a private tour with Reveling?

Our day tours start from R8,000 for 1-2 people and an extra R1,500 per person for any additional travellers. Our multi-day tours start from R15,000 per day for 1-2 people, which includes accommodation and private touring. Customised services can be acquired through our add-on menu for an additional fee.

How do I book a private tour with Reveling?

Just fill out our enquiry form, and we’ll get back to you ASAP with a list of standard tours and their available dates. If you would like a customisable experience, tell us your preferences in the enquiry form, and our travel experts will create a tailor-made itinerary and quote. We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking.

Can I customise my private tour with additional experiences?

Certainly. We offer a wide range of optional add-ons to personalise your tour. Whether you want an outdoor adventure, a gourmet dining experience, or a unique cultural immersion, we can tailor-make the perfect itinerary for you.

When do we need to know the final numbers for your trip?

We require final numbers 30 days before the start of your trip to confirm all arrangements and provide a seamless experience. Tours booked within 30 days of departure require final numbers at the time of booking.

Can we lock in the specific date after the initial enquiry?

Sure. You don’t need a specific date just to make an enquiry. We can lock in the date once we’ve confirmed availability and received your deposit.

What is the payment process for booking a private tour?

Once you receive an itinerary and quote, we require a 50% deposit to confirm the tour. The remaining balance is due 30 days before departure. Bookings made within 30 days of departure require full payment at the time of confirmation. We accept payment via bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard.
