Herbs & Heritage

Discover the Cape Peninsula through a journey woven with wild beauty, layered histories and deep local connection.
Begin the day in the seaside village of Kalk Bay - with time for a tidal pool swim, gentle stroll or quiet coffee -before visiting the resident penguins at Boulders Beach.
From there, step into an Indigenous learning experience led by Chief Kingsley, a respected knowledge-keeper and storyteller. On a guided walk, guests see the Cape Point differently - exploring the flora, fauna, geography and layered history of the Cape through the lens of South Africa’s First Peoples. It’s a grounding, eye-opening encounter that invites stillness and reflection alongside learning.
In Noordhoek, continue your journey of place and palate with a six-course, foraged feast crafted by a celebrated local chef or upgrade to an intimate private dining experience in her nearby home. The day ends with a winding drive through Cape Point and Chapman’s Peak, concluding with a quiet sundowner in view of the Atlantic. Rich in culture, coast and connection.
